About Amber
Spiritual Life & Business Coach

My work is rooted in guiding people through moments of transition. The kind that don’t always come with a clear reason or plan. Moments where something inside you knows life cannot continue in the same way, even if everything looks fine on the outside. I help illuminate where you feel stuck, offer grounded spiritual support and compassion, and walk with you as you reconnect to what feels true and alive within you.

This path found me through my own healing. I spent years in a long, abusive relationship that slowly disconnected me from my voice, my body, and my sense of self. Leaving it was only the beginning. Healing asked me to listen more deeply, to face what I had learned to ignore, and to remember parts of myself that had gone quiet over time.

In that process, I began honoring my intuition and trusting the inner wisdom I had learned to override. One moment that opened everything was encountering Brené Brown’s The Power of Vulnerability. It helped me see how much shame and self-protection I was carrying and invited me inward. From there, I made a steady commitment to live in alignment with myself, to stop abandoning my inner knowing, and to let honesty lead.

As I did, my life began to reorganize. Relationships softened and deepened. I met a partner who reflects the woman I am becoming. At the same time, I felt a longing for a deeper connection and family. After years of unanswered questions around fertility, I realized there was more being asked of me internally. That realization led me into a profound relationship with my feminine essence.

Through honoring my body, my inner rhythms, and the wisdom held there, I moved through shadow, self-acceptance, and surrender. This work changed me in tangible ways, including the experience of becoming a mother. That chapter anchored my purpose in a deeply embodied way and clarified why this work matters so much to me.

Today, I support others in reconnecting with their inner truth and integrating spiritual insight into real, lived experience. My approach is intuitive, grounded, and respectful of each person’s timing. I believe healing and transformation happen not through force, but through presence, honesty, and care.

If something in you is stirring, even quietly, you are welcome here.

What I Believe

I believe you are not broken.
I believe most people are exhausted from living in ways that are not aligned with who they truly are.

I believe intuition is not something to be earned. It is something to be remembered.
I believe the body holds wisdom long before the mind can explain it.

I believe healing is not about fixing yourself. It is about learning to listen.
I believe real transformation happens when insight is paired with compassion and grounded integration.

I believe spirituality should support your real life, not pull you away from it.
I believe growth does not require urgency, pressure, or self-sacrifice.

I believe in honoring both feminine and masculine energies, not as roles, but as living forces that deserve balance and respect.
I believe sovereignty begins when you stop abandoning yourself.

Most of all, I believe that when you are met with presence instead of judgment, something inside you naturally softens and begins to heal.

This is the space I hold.
This is the work I offer.
